My name is Carrie, and much like you, if you met Ericson Shank, you became an instant friend. This past Saturday night at 9:55pm, Ericson was involved with a one MVA, just him, and his motorcycle. A Mercy flight was called, and he was transported to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, where he still is, in recovery.

For those of us who live in such a tight knit community such as ours, in Waterville NY, word spread like wildfire.

He is alive. And that's all that matters.

But, also in such a small community, everyone has banded together to help in any way they can, because recovery is going to be quite the process. The flight alone to get him to a hospital from such a rural place, is devastating, financially.

We hope to get him home to attend his gala fundraiser event, but in the meantime, SO MANY people have reached out asking how they can help, now.

So here we are.
