Eric's Path to Healing and Hope

Eric Brennaman is a devoted husband and father of two who has spent his life giving back to his family, his community, and his career. Five years ago, Eric faced and beat an incredible battle against stage 4 kidney cancer, showing his strength and resilience. For the past 16 years, he has also managed life with diabetes, which he fought by losing over 100 pounds through hard work and determination.

Despite these health challenges, Eric has always prioritized others. He has served on the AANA Apartment Association Board for 10 years, actively contributing to his profession and community. Beyond his career, Eric has dedicated countless hours to coaching his children’s sports teams, often stepping up as the sole coach—even taking on a team of young girls in his daughter’s softball league when no one else would.

Eric has endured many hidden struggles, including daily medical care and a persistent infection in his right foot, which led to a partial amputation. Despite these challenges, he continued to push forward. Unfortunately, his ongoing foot infection has now forced his doctors to complete a below-knee amputation to save his life.
