Hello, My name is Eric. The morning of Nov. 17th, 2020, I noticed my eyes were dark yellow. I admitted myself into the ER and they told me I had juandice. The dr, did a blood test on me and diagnosed me with Liver failure. It was the worst feeling ever. My world came crashing down. I was transferred to Kaiser in LA and then transferred to UCLA. In Dec. Of 2020 the Liver team from UCLA performed a liver transplant on me. I woke up in the ER 8hrs later with no strength and 60lbs lighter. I had to relearn how to get out of bed and how to walk, etc. I had no strength. In the middle of Jan, I was discharged and now recovering. Back in Dec, the Dr, requested disability assistance thru the government for me but i still haven't received any assistance and now  medical bills are piling up. I understand with the covid, shutdown situation and EDD being backed up it would take a while, but collectors have no remorse. Thank you in advance.
