Our beloved Erica Tondreau (Hansen) has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)..

After graduating high school, Erica followed her dream and earned her culinary degree from New Hampshire College. She was a proud chef for 23 years and her passion for cooking kept her behind the stove even when her body ached.

After seeing multiple doctors she underwent back surgery in 2022 but her pain and mobility issues continued to worsen. Reluctantly accepting that her career as a chef was over she went back to school and earned a degree as a Certified Medical Assistant. While working in her new field she finally received the diagnosis that explained her rapid decline in health; she has MS.

Ever the optimist, Erica has not let this hold her back. She gets up and goes to work every day, with the help of a walker. Later this month, Erica will move into a house where the first floor is already handicapped equipped. This new home is better suited to meet her needs now and in the future, the only thing it lacks is a ramp and this is where we need help.

This ramp needs to be installed ASAP and it will hopefully not cost more than $4,000 to make that happen. Any money in excess of the final bill will be used to help make her new house as functional as possible to support her ever-changing needs. Donations of any size are so appreciated!
