I'm changing the tone of this message a lot. Hi, I am Erica Wolf, aka Tia Lobo. I am a transgender refugee from the USA (Florida, yay!). I fled the US, and Florida specifically, to escape political persecution.

I do not qualify for Refugee Status. I asked Immigration Lawyers in Spain and Germany, they said the same thing: as of now, neither Spain nor Germany recognize the political threat to Transgender people in the USA as being personal enough to warrant refugee status.

I have already overstayed my Schengen 90 days (US citizens can visit Schengen-area countries, like Germany, for 90 out of 180 days without a visa). In Berlin, since the immigration office is so backed up, once you have an appointment, your status is automatically extended until the appointment (This is me now). If my appointment fails to get me a visa, I will have to return to the US (and probably never be able to leave again because my passport would be confiscated, because under the Orange One, transgender people do not exists).

One of the requirements for the visa is at least 11,840 Euros in my bank account. This again hampered by the Orange One, the Tarrifs that he has imposed have cause the dollar to go down in value and the Euro to go up. This matters because my main source of funds has been money from my mother in US dollars. She has been transferring $1000 a day and I've watch the $1000 go from 956 Euros a week ago to 894 Euros yesterday. At this rate I will not have enough Euros. So please help!
