Hello, I’ve started this gofundme as a last resort. I’m not a person who asks for help, but this is for my wife. In the past 12 years my wife Erica who is now 49 years old has undergone 2 spinal fusion surgeries. The second one did not go as planned and the cage around her spine slipped within a month after surgery. Now she lives with chronic pain in her lower back and hips. Her right leg is 2 inches shorter than her left leg, causing her to walk with a limp and her right leg to turn inward. The doctors have had her on oxycodone since 2013. She has recently taken herself off of this opioid, and is seeking a natural path for her pain. Unfortunately her insurance does not cover this treatment. The treatment facility is 2 hours away from our home, so some of the funds we raise will be used for travel expenses. The rest of the funds will be used to pay for the treatments, procedures and supplements the doctor and naturalist are providing for her, since her insurance does not cover any of them.
