I am Erica's 17 year old daughter and I am here to tell her story.
On Christmas night, December 25 2018, Erica Childs's house caught on fire. As most of you would be going to bed after a joyful holiday with family and friends, this family was lucky enough to get out of the house before the fire expanded rapidly. Today Erica, Evan and Donna are waking up with no home, no clothes, no belongings and all sentimental items destroyed. The house is inhabitable and the cause is still undetermined, and all of her + her 16 year old sons belongings were destroyed. From clothes and pictures, to her late fathers belongings. They are currently residing in a hotel for a couple nights but will soon need to look for a new home. All they were able to get out of the house with was the clothes on their back and their dog, Zoe. Any donations would mean the world to Erica and her son Evan. As of right now they have no idea what to do next...
