On Sunday, June 29, 2025, our community was rocked by the loss of Eric James Anthony Walker, a beloved 34‑year‑old Sacramento native who was tragically shot in the head in North Sacramento. Despite efforts to save him, Eric passed away.

Eric was more than just a son—he was a bright light to everyone who knew him. Known for his warm smile, infectious laugh, and kind spirit, he supported those around him without hesitation. Eric was also an amazing father. He loved all of his children greatly and dearly. He leaves behind his nine children, a heartbroken family and friends who cherished his generous, caring nature.

This fund is dedicated to helping Eric’s loved ones during this unimaginable time. Funds will be used to:

• Cover funeral and memorial services

• Support his children who are left without a father
