On behalf of Just-Evotec Biologics, we would like to honor Eric Simon, who passed away on December 7, 2022. Eric joined our Just family in April 2018 as our first GMP facilities manager. He had a tremendous impact on the startup and operational support for both the J.Plant and JPOD facilities. Eric was the role model of what it means to be a "Juster" - passionate for our mission, always selfless and focused on the team - collaboratively sharing his knowledge and learning, exemplifying a "can-do" attitude like no other. A colleague described Eric as one of the "most positive and kindest human beings on the planet". We are grateful Eric was part of the Just family and his spirit will continue within all of us.
