Recently Eric, who has been a mentor, teacher, and friend to me and many other caregivers, was the victim of internet fraud. All the money in his savings account was stolen.

This kind, selfless, and gentle man has dedicated his life to serving others in their dying process, first with the Shanti Project and then with Zen Hospice Project and the Jewish Healing Center. His wisdom, kindness, and experience have guided hundreds of volunteers, as well as countless others, in the art of accompanying people at the end of life. Patients, families, and staff members have all benefited from his deep compassion and remarkable presence.

Eric is now in need of our help. He is retired with a small, fixed income and had counted on his savings to support him. Please give any amount you can; everything counts.
