Eric Lazar Needs a New Wheelchair ASAP

Donation protected
In  April 2003, Eric Lazar sustained a horrifying accident while
riding his motorcycle in the mountains in California. The accident resulted in his being paralyzed from the chest down and told he would never be able to do all the things he loved, like surfing and motorsport racing.  But because of his extraordinary zest of life, incredible positive and can-do attitude, Eric became more than a survivor. He built go-karts and even won racing events! Eric is one of the most positive people I know and is truly an inspiration to me and to anyone who gets to know him. He lives completely independently and he never asks for or expects help. He believes in himself, follows his heart’s desires and has enormous appreciation for what he calls “this amazing life I’m living”. But his wheelchair is a big part of what keeps him independent and mobile. The chair he has now is 12 years old, does not roll straight and the seat and back are worn out and cannot be adjusted. It’s time for Eric to have a new wheelchair ASAP! Lets get this deserving, always smiling soul what he needs.
