Eric Jaurrieta’s Memorial Fund

Hello Everyone,

My name is Yvette Jaurrieta and I am Eric’s older sister. I am creating this fundraiser to help my family during this time of need. It is with a heavy heart that I share, Eric was involved in a tragic accident on the evening of 2/25/2022 in which he suddenly lost his life.

Those of you who knew Eric know that his smile and attitude lit up every single room he walked in. He had the most contagious laugh which he constantly used to lift up those around him. Eric lead a fulfilling and adventurous life. He was always learning new things to benefit others. He was one of the most giving people I have ever known. He loved so big and was so easy to love in return.

Eric was a part of the 2017 Redwood High School graduating class. During his time there he spent a lot of his time in the auto shop. He met some of his lifelong buddies and developed an interest for all things auto related. If it was broken, he would respond “I can fix it”. I will miss calling him every time I think my car is making a new sound and having him attempt to fix it over the phone just so I would feel at ease. That is exactly the type of person he was. He would do anything to help other feel safe and heard.

At this time our family is still working to process this overwhelming loss. Anything you can find in your hearts to donate to our cause is greatly appreciated. We welcome you to share your memories or any good stories if you knew Eric.
