Eric J Manning’s home going

Hello,

We want to thank each and everyone of you for your thoughts and prayers. We as his children want to confirm that our father Eric Manning gained his wings on the morning of September 5. Despite all the trials and adversity that he faced we know he fought a hard fight. But in the end God didn’t want his son to suffer any longer. So He knew he needed him most. We may not always understand the process, but we must remain faithful and except the path that God creates for us.

A little about our dad. Eric was a wonderful individual who loved to make sure that everyone else around him felt accepted. A family man, a man of dignity, a man who enjoyed his politics and making his FAMOUS BURRITOS, a man of encouragement, a man of hustle, a man who didn’t allow “no” to be his answer. He loved spending his time with his companion, his children, grand children, his parents and siblings. He never asked for much, but when he did that just meant he needed you. His life was suddenly taken from us, we aren’t asking for much, but we are asking for your care, compassion and love towards our father the same way he showed to everyone around him.
