This Fund will provide to  Griffin, Brody and Ronin, the ability to  follow their life's endeavors and in Eric's footsteps, to carry on his legacy.
 

Eric Hill was a leader, educator, colleague, proud Marine, highly skilled in Martial Arts, a 'fighter for life' and a true friend. He was innovator in almost every aspect of his life. For those of you that crossed his path, there is one word to describe him.

 

Respect!

 

Respect: (Dictionary)

Esteem for a sense of worth or excellence of a person, a personal quality or ability, or something considered as a manifestation of a personal quality or ability.

 

Eric leaves behind three boys, Griffin, Brody, & Ronin, their Mom Kristi, Eric’s Mother Frocyn Varvaro and many, many friends and family.

 

Eric’s was truly an inspirational leader and his abilities in the education of employees and building of their skill sets was his greatest pride and achievement. If you had the opportunity to be a part of his classroom, work with Eric or just be a small part of his life's journey, you truly understand this statement.

 

Not only did I have the utmost respect for Eric and his passion and abilities; in working with Eric, you understood his command for respect
