Help Eric get a car to convert to hand controls

My name is Kelly. I'm fundraising for my little brother, Eric. He fell about 28 ft. while working on a house on 10 MAY 2022 and is now paralyzed from the waist down. Unfortunately, his accident is not covered by Worker's comp and all of our family funds have been exhausted. He lives in a small town in PA with little infrastructure and the nearest relative is my sister, that lives 1.5 hours away. I am 1800 miles away in Texas. In order to get back to work, provide transportation for his son, James (for whom he is the sole caretaker) and have some quality of life, Eric needs a car that is less than 5 years old and has an automatic transmission so it can be converted to hand controls. He has no real credit history and no way to pay for a car as he cannot currently work and has had no income since his accident. He also needs help with money for some of his daily supplies, such as catheters and adult diapers, as these are not covered under medicare (he does get 30 catheters/month but uses 5-6/day). The state is providing only $300/month. I am not normally one to ask for help, but I am completely tapped out and am searching for any way to help support my brother.
