On December 29, 2022, the world lost a tremendous husband, father, brother and man with a larger-than-life personality and a laugh that was infectious. Eric Feinstein was my brother and my best friend. He was the devoted husband of Marlene Feinstein and endlessly proud father of Caden and Carson Feinstein. Anyone who knew Eric knows he was a consummate people person who was absolutely hilarious, always joking and smiling, and beloved by all. Anyone who knew Eric loved Eric. He loved watching his boys compete in sports, and had deep, meaningful and long-lasting relationships with the families they met along the way from West Madison Polar Caps hockey, Madison Memorial Spartan hockey, Team Wisconsin hockey, and Spartan Youth Football. Providing for his family and creating opportunities for his boys as they continue to excel in hockey was his life’s work.

Marlene and the boys need all of the love and support they can get right now. Losing Eric creates an irreparable hole in their lives and brings immediate financial uncertainty.
