Eric Evangelista Medical Bills

On July 22nd, my brother hit his head on the bottom of a pool in Cancun, he immediately came up floating and said that he couldn’t feel his legs. He broke 5 parts of his spine, C3-C7. C6 is completely fractured, C5, C6 and C7 are compressed on the spinal column. On July 24th, he was airlifted to Miami for surgery. He is undergoing a 10 hour surgery on July 25th. He will be in Miami (without ANY visitors) for a week and then he will hopefully be transferred to Philadelphia for a possibility of 3 months+ of rehab. The doctors are telling us they don’t know when he will feel from his waist down and when he does, he will have to relearn how to use those parts of his body. Eric is an amazing son, brother, boyfriend, and dog daddy. He is an alumni of the Pennsylvania Sigma chapter of Phi Delta Theta at Millersville University. He would take the shirt off his back to help a stranger. Anyone who knows him can tell you how amazing he is. My parents are drowning in medical bills, along with transportation and lodging costs.
