In the early hours of May 31, 2024, Eric Childs was tragically lost in a car accident.

Eric was not just a devoted husband and loving father, but also a courageous combat veteran who served his country with honor. Eric was father to 4 children, Natalia, Ray, Tennessee, and Alana. Eric married his wife Jessicka Spearman in October 2020.

He believed fervently in a South Carolina where everyone could be free, prosperous, and happy, which is why he was running for the South Carolina House of Representatives.
