Eric and Violette were both recently hospitalized with flu that progressed to pneumonia. Violette is recovering and back home with their three boys, ages 6, 4 and 4 months. However she is still very weak and in need of help caring for her children. Eric is still in critical condition and on a ventilator, pacemaker, full dialysis, chest tubes draining lung infections, now has internal bleeding, there is a very long road to recovery ahead if he makes it through this.
