Eric and Jeanette LaVance Family

Update, 1/10/23: With deep sadness, I am sharing the news that Eric has peacefully passed away and is now reunited with Jet. Please keep their family members in your prayers as service preparations are made.

Somewhere in Heaven is a cabin with a beautiful lake view, ready for these two wonderful people.

On January 3rd, 2023, Eric and Jeanette (Jet) LaVance were traveling between Spokane, WA and their home in Lewiston, ID and were involved in a weather-related auto accident.

Jet - our beautiful friend, admired coworker, and humble community hero - did not survive the accident.

Eric - Jet's beloved husband - sustained multiple traumatic injuries and is currently in hospital care.

Both Eric and Jet worked at CCI-Speer in Lewiston, Idaho for many years. Eric retired several years ago, and Jet had planned to retire soon as well. As current and former coworkers of both Eric and Jet, we are setting up this Go Fund Me to support their children and other family members as they navigate Eric's extensive recovery and Jet's sudden, untimely departure from this earth. We are hoping these funds can be used to take care of the expenses associated with travel, medical, and end-of-life services.
