On December 1st, 2024 at 12 am, my and my roommate's home caught fire. Always be mindful of your surroundings as anything can happen at anytime. That evening my roommate, his girlfriend and I were getting ready for bed, when they heard crackling sounds outside. Within 2 minutes the house was filled with smoke.

We grabbed our essentials, 1 set of keys to a car, and were able to get the dog.

Everyone made it out safely.

However, it is unknown about the 2 cats. We saw one escape, but the other is still missing.

These funds will be used to help rebuild our lives and getting a jumpstart to start again.
