In August 2019, Sarah, 25 years old, had a seizure which led to being diagnosed with a brain tumor. On 9/11/19 during an awake craniotomy, they removed as much of the tumor as they safely could. After the biopsy, the tumor was diagnosed as an anaplastic oligodendroglioma brain tumor. There is no cure for these types of brain tumors yet. To try to prevent it from coming back, she will be going through chemo and radiation treatments over the next few months. Since Sarah was diagnosed she has not been able to work.
We are asking for your help with medical bills and any other expenses Sarah may incur. This has been a great shock for Sarah, her family, and friends, finding out that she has brain cancer. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much in advance for taking the time to read Sarah’s story and for your donation and prayers. Sarah has a long road ahead of her however she is one of the strongest people we know!
