Erasmo's Cancer Journey

Erasmo Nascimento has always been a beacon of faith, joy, and resilience to everyone around him. Originally from Minas Gerais, Brazil, Erasmo moved to Bridgeport, CT, just a year ago with his wife.

Three months ago, Erasmo began experiencing severe abdominal pain. After spending over 20 days in the hospital without answers, doctors continued to investigate until they found the diagnosis: stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

Erasmo has been enduring unimaginable pain and has already started chemotherapy treatment at Yale. Despite his suffering, Erasmo’s unwavering faith and belief in God’s miracles have kept his spirit strong. He continues to face this journey with a contagious smile and an unmatched positivity that inspires everyone who meets him.

Today, Erasmo and his family need your help. The financial burden of medical treatment, medications, and daily living expenses has become overwhelming. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate these costs and allow Erasmo to focus on his treatment and time with his family.
