Victims of Earthquake Feb.6th

Hi I’m Hanin and I want to help victims who lost their home and need help with gas for cooking, food, shelter and warm clothes.

My friend Kevork supports this fundraiser! The western countries don’t seem to help these people! Please share this campaign and help people who have been through so much in the last 12 years!

We will transfer all funds to people who really need our support.

As board member of the organization „we are superheroes „ I will transfer funds to our President Pierre Le Corf who is in one of the earthquake ridden cities in S. and who will buy goods right away to help people in need.

I will also travel there in mid March to support his work and report what we do to help on the ground.

I don’t know what to say from my side, only thank you in the name of those it can make a difference. The truth is that I don’t trust most of the NGO’s working on the ground, there is a lot of wrongdoing and suffering advertising. Except for Christmas where I play Santa Claus and where we capture those moments, the rest of the time we help in silence and discretely, exceptionally I told Hanin I will capture a little moment of the day, an image means 1000 words. It is hard honestly, there is so much to do and so many people who need help but in the same time we focus on people who truly need it, one day at a time. It is more than money or blankets, rent or food, medicines or treatments … it is love and caring, it is being present from the heart, taking the time and being there. We are just people who care and you gave us the power to be able to make a difference for those who need. Urgent support is often needed but I believe in building and supporting long term initiatives, we are trying the best we can where we are with what we have. Thank you for being there and helping us to be more present and sharing the effort with your love and your empathy, no amount of money is money, I believe in those circumstances that it is a conversion of love and empathy that you can’t directly deliver on the ground but which can by this mean be retransformed and accomplish something precious.
