Bills and kids

I've never done anything like this before but I'm in a bad time and situation at this point. Wife is on the ventilator and work refuses to accommodate my schedule in order to take care of Jennifer plus somehow be able to pay bills much less feed my family. yes I have FMLA which is only partially letting me get the hours I need in order to support my wife and family. It is not my style to be a beggar of any kind but I'm reaching out due to the fact I honestly don't know what to do. I have approximately 15$ cash to My name and need to somehow pay bills and feed my children on a twenty hour work week specifically because I have to somehow balance life for the kids and my wife outside of work.
