I am single mother to an almost 12 year old. In May, a hostile work environment forced me to resign my job. Despite applying for work daily, nothing suitable has been offered in the last 4 months.

The amount requested is broken down as follows:

September rent (late) - $1,100

October rent - $1,100

Kid's 12th birthday in early October - $300

Replace stolen phone - $750 (phone is needed for everyday life, GPS tracking of my child, and entry into my apartment building.
