Hello my name is Brett and I am here on behalf of Hector Robles. I hired Hector 8 years ago as a dishwasher. Through hard work and perseverance he has developed into my Kitchen Manager. Hector is a great leader. His team loves him. Everyone that comes into contact with Hector knows that he is a genuine and caring man. Hector is a proud father to a 5 year old boy, Noah.

Six weeks ago Hector was part of a random drive by shooting. He was struck 4 times and needed 3 surgeries to survive. He was in a coma for 6 days, the ICU for 2 weeks and the hospital for 5 weeks total. Hector has depleted all his work related funds.

He wants to be back to work within 6-8 weeks; even from his ICU bed he was texting his team, answering questions and giving them advice, so I would not doubt that he will be working in that time frame.

I am asking for your help, If everyone can give just a little, it will go a long way in helping a good man and his family get through this trying time.
