Last summer I debuted my first full-length movie, a western called “Fatal Snakes”, written, filmed, acted and edited by a group of nine children with no money and a camera bought by my older brother on credit (that I am still paying him for). My parents paid to rent out a small-town theater to showcase the film, but the attendees all commented that they would have bought tickets to it. “It was that good.”
Encouraged by the warm reception and driven by our growing artistic passion, we want to do something bigger and better this summer, but to do so we need your help.
We would like to buy more equipment to improve the sound quality and more props and lights. Even a small donation will get us a breakaway beer bottle or could go towards a more expensive microphone.
If you like movies and want to support young, new talent who just want to follow their dreams and develop their gifts for storytelling through film, please contribute to help us get there. The short video above further explains our work and includes a link to watch our film “Fatal Snakes”.
