Equipment for Eye Hospital in Kharkiv Ukraine

Hello, I am Anna Allen, an Ophthalmologist in Albany, NY. I grew up In Kharkiv, Ukraine, where many of my family and friends reside. My home city has been shelled or attacked with missiles every day since February 24. I contacted Girshman Ophthalmology hospital in Kharkiv to ask if they are in need of supplies. They requested: surgical instruments, portable operating lamps, cardio monitor, glucometer, pulse oximeter, capsular tension rings, and IA tips.

Several of you asked me to create Gofundme account for these donations. Your help will be greatly appreciated, and I will report to you on the progress.

Dr. Singh generously offered to manufacture several surgical instruments. However, he noted that this war has already affected the supply chains of titanium since major world titanium suppliers are Russia and Ukraine, and steel since a lot of steel is diverted to military manufacturing.
