Equip the Kenya U21 Hockey Team

Hi everyone! My name is Elayne McDermott, and I've been playing and coaching hockey in Ireland for many years. At the moment I am living in Nairobi, Kenya, and have recently started coaching the Kenyan U21 hockey team. The girls are enthusiastic about playing hockey, and are aiming to compete in the U21 World Cup Qualifier in Namibia in December; however, equipment is scarce. I decided to start this fundraiser to provide the team with the tools they need to train hard and compete at their best. The money will be spent on basic equipment, such as hockey balls, cones, and bibs, which will make training sessions much more effective. It would be wonderful to provide the girls with equipment that they can continue using even after our coaching comes to an end.
