My name is Delina Woldu and my family and I are fundraising for schools in Nebelet, Tigray.

Here is a short backstory of what happened and why we're doing this:

In 2020, a civil war broke out in Tigray leading to a huge humanitarian crisis. Despite the conflict and the difficult times the children overcome they still aspire to get an education.

Why we’re doing this

The reason why we are doing this is because we were heavily impacted by our previous visit. The children are so intelligent, and forward looking. We believe it is fundamental for the kids to have enough supplies so they can continue learning and growing in knowledge.

Here is how we're utilizing funds:

The goal of the fundraiser is to provide equipment that is long lasting and durable. They represent the future of our economy, and by providing them with these tools, you are investing in a stronger, more resilient society.
