Equip Fire Departments with Grain Bin Rescue Gear

Grain bin accidents remain one of the most dangerous risks farmers face, yet many first responders lack the specialized rescue kits needed to save lives in these emergencies. In partnership with Maya Corn Heads we’re raising funds to equip the Moran Marmaton-Osage Fire Department in Moran, Kansas with the proper grain bin rescue equipment so they can respond quickly and safely when tragedy strikes. Every dollar raised will go directly toward purchasing this life-saving gear. And to make it fun—if we reach our $5,000 goal, Corey Hillebo of Farm4Profit and Rick Nelson of Maya Corn Heads have promised to celebrate with a full perm Wednesday night of Husker Harvest Days. If we raise above our goal, we will designate more fire departments who don't yet have the grain bin rescue equipment.
