Every champion is driven, challenged and pushed by a coach. Coaches train their athlete to be at the top of their game at all times. They sacrifice their light so the athlete can work on shining their own. Coaches break down an athlete mentally, physically and emotionally so that they are able to bring out the raw truth in who they are and need to be. The athlete can then be rebuilt layer by layer over time to become the perfect being they need to be in order to accomplish and win all they are striving for inside and outside of the gym. The athlete is also able to overcome aspects of life they never knew they could.

In order for the best coach to train and turn an athlete into that person, they need to have the tools and equipment necessary to make that happen. The majority of time coaches have to fund their own equipment and it gets harder and harder financially each year, especially since equipment for sports is becoming more expensive. Most boxing coaches are volunteers. They volunteer their time away from their own families so that they can be with their athlete day or night.

As a volunteer coach I have to go to other sources for financial assistance with equipment and therefore ask for your donation to help fund the future of athletes of this great state and region. Athletes cannot do it without coaches and coaches cannot do it without the tools and equipment they need to be successful.
