Equip Church International, Akron has always been dedicated to serving our community, especially through our local food pantry and youth programs. Each week, we rent U-Hauls to transport food deliveries to Equip Church International, Akron, ensuring that families in need have access to essential groceries. However, the cost of renting vehicles every week has become a significant burden, making it harder for us to continue this important work. We also want to do more for our youth by providing them with safe transportation to community outings and outreach activities, but we currently lack a reliable passenger van.

By having our own box truck, we can pick up food deliveries more frequently and serve even more families who rely on our pantry. The money we save from not having to rent vehicles can be redirected to other outreach programs and events, allowing us to expand our impact. A passenger van will make it possible for our youth to participate in activities and outreach without putting extra stress on their families.
