After many surgeries and life-threatening illnesses, my husband’s twin sister, Phyllis, passed suddenly from a major stroke on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022. Her husband is in a nursing home and unable to take care of her final expenses. Due to insurmountable bills over the years, there was no preparation made through life insurance. They have one daughter, Tammy, who has many challenges, is on disability, and is unable to make decisions or financially take care of the final expenses and trying to secure a legal representative to help her navigate through the memorial service and burial, plus her future financial situation and living conditions. Our family is helping her as much as we can but there is a dire need for her to be able to continue.
