Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts to ask for support for our dear friend and co-worker, Brian Hill, who has been diagnosed with Glioblastoma Brain Cancer. Brian has been a dedicated member of the Becton Dickinson family for over 21 years. His selflessness, kindness, passion, and talent have touched all of us. He is always willing to give his time and energy to help his teammates.
Brian is the epitome of a family man, deeply loving and devoted to his family. As he faces this challenging battle, we want to rally around him and his family to provide the support they need.
Your generous contributions will help cover medical expenses and provide some relief during this difficult time. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a significant difference.
Thank you for your support and kindness.
Please see below from the Hill Family.
"Over the past few months, Brian experienced sudden changes in memory and processing, leading to an MRI that revealed a large brain tumor (Glioblastoma) on the left side of his brain.
On January 6th, Brian underwent successful surgery to remove the tumor, but he faced an unexpected complication requiring a second surgery to address a hematoma. He is now recovering in the hospital and hopes to return home soon.
After a few weeks of recovery, Brian will begin chemotherapy and radiation to manage this aggressive form of cancer, which often brings challenges with new tumors appearing later. Successful surgery and treatments can extend his life for many months or years!
This journey has deeply shifted our perspective and priorities in a powerful way. We ’ve started a “Brain Tumor Blessings“ list and are humbled at the love and kindness we’ve received.
Your support means the world to Brian and our family. Thank you for standing with us during this challenging time."
-BJ Hill (Wife of Brian)
