Help for Shelby

Shelby Butler is my wife. She’s 23 years old and has Coronary Arterial Vasospasm. Shelby is now on the heart transplant list.
Shelby hasn't always been sick. When we met in 2012 she was vibrant and fun, a true Wyoming cowgirl. She ran cross country and played basketball in high school and barrel raced.
A few years ago she had an asthma attack. It was treated per usual. It progressively got worse until she had a heart attack. She has since been in and out of the hospital since June 2018. It has taken quite some time to figure out what the issue was. Now that we know there is still no why this is happening to her.
Basically the arteries will spasm. If they collapse after the spasm it results in a heart attack.
She is currently in Salt Lake City on the transplant list. The doctors have tried clipping the nerve to the arteries to try and stop the spasm. We do not know yet if this will work....so we wait.
I am home working for Loenbro while my Sister and Mom watch our two little kids. Cheston is 3 1/2 and Eliza is 2 1/2. Shelby's Mom is with her in Salt Lake City.
I am in the Army National Guard and just made the difficult decision to not deploy with my unit. I must stay state side to be with my wife and kids.
It is difficult to ask for help, but bills and travel expenses are adding up very quickly. Shelby has had numerous ambulance transportation, numerous stays in Casper Medical Center, a medical air flight to Salt Lake City and now an extended hospital stay in Salt Lake City.
We would appreciate any help you can give. Family has helped all they can. We just don't know when this will end.
