EPs Tackle Kakoda

In May 2020 we are taking on Kakoda !

How it happened..

We are both Allied Health Professionals, who work as exercise physiologists helping people improve their lifestyle, reach their health/fitness goals and manage their health conditions with exercise.

Mick came to us in March 2019, after being flown back from Kakoda 2 days into his 9 day trek. His goal is to train to improve his fitness so he can return and complete the trek. Mick started private training sessions 3 days a week, in which time he convinced us to join him, to support him and make sure he didn’t come home without completing the full 100km.

So here we are! We are now training daily for the trek so we are able to carry all of our equipment for the entire 9 days.

We would love nothing more then to walk alongside Mick, to support and encourage him as he returns to conquer Kakoda and would greatly appreciate any donation to help us get there.
