The British heart foundation

Hi my name is Grace I’m raising money for the British Heart foundation . Last year my 72 year old grandmother had open heart surgery at the freemen hospital I would like to thank those doctors and nurses for everything they did , without them nana wouldn’t be here today . My little brother also suffered from heart problem . So the charity is close to home . I’m holding a coffee on 16th September 2023 at Lamplugh village hall to help find research for this cruel disease. There will be a coffee , tea and cafe , tombola and bric a brac from 10am-12
