Hi! My name is Charity Eppolito.  I am a High School Art teacher in the small and quaint town of Georgetown, SC. After moving to teach elementary here I met my husband Mark because of an alligator hiding behind my air conditioning unit at my apartment! That's a story within itself for another time;)  I also happened to see him at all of the first year teacher's meetings as we both had just moved here to teach, he was from NY and I was from IA.  Fast forward 10+ years...the purchase of a house, a wedding, a zoo (aka our pet children), both of us changing jobs (I now teach High School and he has an entirely new profession) lots of trying to conceive,  countless visits to a fertility clinic with 2 failed intrauterine inseminations, heartache, lost hope, anger, more anger, and now were here in May of 2016! Thankfully the anger has subsided (along with the feeling that every pregnant woman was out to get me-lol) and we are ready to try again.  We have renewed hope! We have chosen to try EVERYTHING new! A new journey in our mind equaled a different fertility clinic, a different doctor, and a different tactic.  We are stepping up our A game with Dr. Michael Slowey at Coastal Fertility Speacilists and will undergo IVF (in vitro fertilization).  Yipppeee! We are so very excited and thrilled for this journey.  Dr. Slowey is well respected and highly talked of.  His name has been repeatedly published in medical journals and he has recieved numerous awards.  We have faith in him and his sucess rates, but we need help!  The whole process to achieve a POSSIBLE conception is costly! We're talking having to take out loans costly:(  So, we are asking for YOUR help! We are not too proud to ask for help or to share our story with family, friends, or anyone else who feels inclined to help; even spiritually!  We would so much love to be parents and hope that you can find it in your heart to help us reach our dream of adding to our family.  Our monetary goal is the cost (with insurance) estimated for us to "get pregnant"! That is what your contribution will assist with, which believe it or not isn't even including the medications I will have to take/inject which are not covered by insurance! The whole process is extensive and expensive.  We are so very thankful already for those who have lent an ear, shoulder, or prayer as we have gone through years of unexplainable infertility; there is no medical reason we cannot conceive.  Please remember anything helps, big or small, and prayers too! We will be forever thankful and grateful for your generosity!

The summer is near and so are our dreams!
