My name is Larry and I go by Anthony. This is the last place I wanted to be asking for help but I am out of work for the next month after my heart went into SVT and had to have my heart stopped twice to reset it. I just got out of the hospital after almost a week, that ended with a heart catheterization.

With all the new medication costs and not being able to work for a month I don't want to be a financial burden on my family.
