Mejias Legal Defense Fund

Hi, my name is Kenyatta Rivera, and I am fundraising for the legal defense of one of my dearest friends and her children. Please read the following and consider donating to keep a loving wife and mother who is physically disabled from being put in jail by her ex-husband because her daughter wants to live full-time with her now.

LEGAL DEFENSE FUND:

Victoria was served a contempt motion by the DC Sheriff's Office today, stating that her children's father is suing her. He has requested penalties such as sanctions, i.e., jail time and/or fines, requests to pay his legal fees, a written letter of apology, and more.

If you know her, you know that she suffers from a severe form of Multiple Sclerosis, a disease that's left her fully disabled. Truthfully, she cannot defend herself properly on limited disability income. But she has always done what is best for her children and plans to fight it.

This severely affects her children mentally and physically, and it's genuinely the last thing they need. Please consider donating.
