Hello, my name is Gerald. I am raising funds to pay for dental work for Chuck Everson.

Chuck has been homebound for over 4 years. He is not able to be transported to dental office for care. It is very expensive and difficult to find a dentist to do in home dental care. We are on social security, with no other income.

I have tried many ways to raise funds but cannot find a way to get the work done.

The in home dental company will only take cash in advance for treatment, they will not let me pay on time. I tried to use Care Credit for funds, but the dentist will not accept care credit as payment.

Chuck has pain when eating, feeding him only soft foods at this time. Dental decay can lead to other medical conditions which we would like to avoid.
