Hi everyone, my name is Gaby and Enzo is my 6 year old French Bulldog who is suffering from a spinal illness and is in need of very expensive medical treatment. Unfortunately, Enzo was diagnosed with suspected IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease) which is extremely painful to live with. He became very painful to the point of not wanting to move, eat, drink water, or even do his favorite thing, going out for walks.

Anyone who knows Enzo knows that this is completely out of the ordinary. Enzo is an extremely happy, friendly, often stubborn, pup who is also very loving and is just the best companion anyone can ask for. After a few days of him not improving, he was taken to the vet and became hospitalized overnight to recover from dehydration and be given pain meds. He was only provided pain meds to keep him comfortable, but without a definite diagnosis, there was not much they could do. He came home weighing way less than he had a few days prior and was covered in urine from not being able to stand on his own. A neurologist was consulted and we were told that the only way to provide us with an answer is for more tests to be done, such as an MRI. These tests do not include further treatment and hospitalizations that will be required to get a diagnosis. Enzo remains painful even with the medications that were given and it's utterly heartbreaking to see him suffer. He's the family baby and we would do anything to make sure he gets better.
