Things truly took a turn for the worst when my life partner of Nine years , decided to leave us behind for her (lean/Actavis)Opiod dealer. ever since then i have struggled to keep the business open , as she was also the co- founder and top Vendor/supplier, and industry network connection . I was able to maintain my lease with some help from her , but now that my lease is up my rent is now$3000 /month... i am already arranging to return my vehicle, and have sold most of the things that i own just trying to keep the lights on . Just getting to his visits has become a task , as now i have to rent a van for every visit , and thus far we have had 8 visits in 6months, and expect that number to double in the next 6 months as we are only beginning to try and resolve his many issues. Issues , ranging from tumors, psoriasis, signs of systemic infections, eye infections, allergies, and ear infections.
My best idea of what is needed , well i need a vehicle that can transport the dog to and from any appointments.Upon further research i see that a second opinion is recommended . Just being honest my business should either close or receive a influx of cash to stay open , so that i can maintain his health and keep up with the visits. and also i should prolly move back to Atlanta ,or somewhere else where it isn't $3k , a month.
and restart life , maybe open a new shop closer to my roots. still trying to work that part out.. its hard to make plans when your operating on faith, and coffee.
Honestly , i think anything would help. Maybe you can't help financially thats ok . we could use some positive words of encouragement or some veterinary advise, etc. i am open to whatever help the Most High allows.
Hoping it isn't too late, for this .. i haven't even paid this months rent .. because we have a vet appointment today . I want to make sure i can afford whatever recommendations that they suggest. so i think i will need to reach a resolution in the next week or so .
I thank everyone who even read this...
it wasn't easy to put it out there , how hard of a time i am having ... but i once was told the truth will set you free. and the truth is this dog has really helped thru deep depression , and Ptsd that I have fought with for years.. i would much rather be homeless , living off the land than watch him suffer.. but the truth is not having a home and forcing him into that lifestyle would only be further detrimental to our health .. so i figure nows the time to ask for help.
