Thank you for making our world a better place! Please read the story below and we are sure you will fall in love with the wonderful people at the Volcanes Community Education Project (VCEP)!
********************
The Volcanes Community Education Project (VCEP) is a non-government funded English and computer program free of charge for students in the impoverished community of Volcanes in Puerta Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. The program is designed to help students develop key qualifications for future employment opportunities in the nearby and glamorous city of Puerto Vallarta. Established in 2011, the program has striven to provide the best education for students who attend the additional classes on a voluntary basis. The program suffers from low teacher funding and educators are forced to work multiple jobs or resign.

Megan Shelton is an English teacher and the Project Coordinator at VCEP. She recently received her master's degree in education from Fort Hays State University (FHSU) in Hays, Kansas, USA. Envision Volcanes was developed by Megan and the Writing for Public Relations class at FHSU. (For more information about the involvement of FHSU in this campaign, please see: http://tmn.fhsu.edu/?p=16725.)

With your generous donations, Envision Volcanes will help the students obtain the education needed to secure their future by providing them with the best educators possible.

Without the teachers, the Volcanes Community Education Project would not exist.
