Six years ago my life was altered in a way that I could have never imagined. After taking an over the counter medication called “AZO” I became severely ill with a rare condition called Stevens Johnson Syndrome (SJS) / Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) this horrible disease left me completely blind amongst other health disorders. Beginning in December 2015 I have had countless eye surgeries. Each surgery would in fact restore my vision but ultimately my body would reject the transplants, reverting my eyesight back to the void of the world around me. So, with that being said I am graciously asking for your help in raising money to help me purchase the “Orcam My Eye” assistive device.
