Hi. We're Paul and all YECI members.

Our primary mission is to promote environment conservation and organic farming through the young people. We are work closely with local communities, farmers, and young people to promote practical environmental solutions that restore nature while improving livelihoods. We also involve schools and we promote practical agriculture and numerous projects, which are student led to promote youth-leadership as well.

Our programs includes tree planting, sustainable agriculture, climate awareness, and community education, we continue building hope for a healthier and more sustainable future by driven by the young because they are the future themselves.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to help raise 6,000 USD (approximately 21 million Ugandan Shillings transfer costs inclusive) to purchase land that will become the permanent headquarters of YECI and the home of our future environmental conservation and sustainable farming projects.

Having our own land will allow us to create a lasting center for learning, conservation, food production, and community empowerment further generations to come.

This land will mainly help us get a demonstration ground for agriculture practice and also grow food for consumption to fight hunger and food shortage, and the other part for sell to generate some income for the initiative other than relying on donations, hence fostering a long term sustainability of the organization.

Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to building a permanent foundation for positive environmental and social change in Uganda.
