Help Kim and family!

Hi, my name is Halee Tyler. I’ve been a waitress at Main Street Diner for over 9 years now! Those of us at Main Street are trying to raise funds for a previous employee who has given so much to us over the past 17 years.

For those of you that live in Chelsea, you’ve probably had the Main Street Diner once or twice.

Kim was a cook here for 17 years!! If you’ve came into eat at the diner, odds are Kim has probably prepared you a meal or two. Since leaving the diner (for health reasons) about a year and a half ago, Kim has become very ill.

Kim has stage 4 COPD, with hospice now coming over twice a week. They are basically keeping her comfortable at this point. We at the diner are trying to help Kim and her family raise funds for medical bills, treatments and future funeral expenses. We would like to raise enough that Kim can focus on spending as much time with friends and family without having to worry about the financial side of things as much!

A message from Kim, “I have stage 4 COPD ! Hospice is now coming over twice a week. This all happened over the last week. My head is still trying to understand everything . I was first diagnosed March 7th of last year. It has slowly gotten worse. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Tied to an oxygen tank or machine constantly. I cry all the time. I try not to cry around family and friends. I try doing everything I can. Sure not going to sit around and do nothing. Any prayers would be great and appreciated!“
