¡Hola, mi nombre es David!
Junto con Drive to Save Lives y Ambulance For Ukraine Kent (AFU), y con nuestro carro fiel Honda CRV, viajaremos desde Inglaterra hasta Ucrania para entregar diversos artículos de ayuda humanitaria y médica a las personas afectadas por la guerra.
Nuestro cargamento incluye, entre otros:
- Ayuda médica (medicamentos de venta libre, mantas térmicas, apósitos, catéteres, vendajes)
- Pañales para adultos y bebés
- Productos de higiene femenina
- Ropa (incluyendo forros polares de invierno)
- Muletas
- Artículos de cuidado personal (desodorante, champú, toallitas para bebés)
Entregaremos estos bienes en Przemyśl, una ciudad en el sureste de Polonia que limita con Ucrania. Desde allí, se trasladarán a Ucrania como parte de un cargamento más grande para su distribución adecuada.
La entrega de los vehículos en sí es fundamental para la línea de frente y para el traslado de personas y suministros hacia zonas seguras.
Dejaremos nuestra Honda en Lviv en buenas manos. El vehículo puede ser utilizado para una multitud de tareas, como por ejemplo:
- Transporte de ayuda y suministros a puntos clave.
- Traslado de personas hacia y desde el hospital (las ambulancias a menudo no pueden llegar a la línea de frente porque no son 4x4 y siempre suelen ser blanco de ataques).
- Envios de Nova Poshta (servicios postales).
- Recoger del hospital a personas que han terminado su rehabilitación.
El dinero recaudado se destinará a los gastos para hacer llegar esta ayuda a Ucrania: costes de combustible, el ferry de Dover a Calais (de Inglaterra a Francia) y hoteles económicos y acogedores para nosotros durante el trayecto (¡2 noches!).
Cualquier donación, por pequeña que sea, será muy apreciada. Les agradecemos de corazón su ayuda para apoyar al pueblo de Ucrania.

Hi!
With Drive to Save Lives and Ambulance For Ukraine Kent (AFU), and our trusty Honda CRV are driving from England to Ukraine to deliver an assortment of humanitarian and medical aid to people affected by the war.
Our cargo includes, but is not limited to:
- Medical aid (over the counter medicines, foil blankets, dressings, cathertas, bandages)
- Nappies for adults and babies
- Period products
- Clothes (including warm winter fleeces)
- Crutches
- Personal care items (deodrant, shampoo, baby wipes)
These goods will be dropped off by us in Przemyśl, a city in South Eastern Poland, bordering Ukraine, which will be taken on to Ukraine as part of a larger shipment to be distributed appropriately.
Delivering vehicles themselves is critical to frontline and the movement of people and supplies to safety.
We will leave our Honda in Lviv in safe hands. She can be used for a multitude of things. Here are some examples:
carrying aid and supplies across key points
- taking people back and forth to hospital (Ambulances often can't get to Frontline as they are not 4x4s and are always targeted)
- Nova poshta pick ups
- picking up people from hospital who have been in rehab
This money goes towards the cost of getting this aid to Ukraine: fuel costs, the Dover–Calais ferry, and a cosy cheap hotel for us en route (2 nights)!
